Plastic thermoforming machine

The fully automatic multi station positive and negative pressure vacuum forming machine adopts plastic sheet vacuum forming technology, and is designed with integrated machine, electricity, and gas. It is controlled by a microcomputer and an industrial control editor PLC, and the entire system HMI (human-machine interface). Both concave and convex molds can be molded. 

Three stations: forming, cutting, stacking, four stations: forming, punching hole, cutting, stacking. The molding equipment can transport plastic sheets in one go, reducing manual labor, making operation convenient and improving production efficiency. The workshop is clean and highly automated, specifically designed for thermoforming and automatic product cutting in a streamlined production line.
